*Deposit & Refund Policies:

For any orders over $150 a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot and are NOT refundable.
All orders must be paid in full at the moment of placing the order to enable us to fulfill your order.
Any cancellations done by the customer should be done at least 2 weeks prior to the due date of the order to be able to refund 50% of the purchase. If for any reason in our end a cancellation is made, a full refund will be made to the customer at the moment of cancellation.

*Bakery Allergen Policy*

Here at Zoily’s Cakes, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. This policy outlines our commitment to managing food allergens in our products and preventing cross-contamination. Some common allergens that we recognize in our bakery that may trigger allergic reactions are:

Peanuts, Tree nuts, Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Gluten and/or Sesame.

Customers are encouraged to inform us about any food allergies before making a purchase through-out our contact form.
Separate equipment and utensils are designated for allergenic ingredients.
We will adhere to strict cleaning protocols between the preparation of different products.
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
