*Bakery Allergen Policy

 

Here at Zoily’s Cakes, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. This policy outlines our commitment to managing food allergens in our products and preventing cross-contamination. Some common allergens that we recognize in our bakery that may trigger allergic reactions are:

 

Peanuts, Tree nuts, Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Gluten and/or Sesame.

 

  • Customers are encouraged to inform us about any food allergies before making a purchase through-out our contact form.

  • Separate equipment and utensils are designated for allergenic ingredients.

  • We will adhere to strict cleaning protocols between the preparation of different products.

  • This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Customer Safety is Our Priority!

 

*Deposit & Refund Policies:

 

  •  For any orders over $150 a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot and are NOT refundable.

  • All orders must be paid in full at the moment of placing the order to enable us to fulfill your order.

  • Any cancellations done by the customer should be done at least 2 weeks prior to the due date of the order to be able to refund 50% of the purchase. If for any reason in our end a cancellation is made, a full refund will be made to the customer at the moment of cancellation.

 

*Terms & Conditions:

 

  • Our Delivery Days are as follow: Thursday – Saturday from 9am-12noon

  • Our Pick-Up Days are Tuesday-Saturday from 1pm-4pm

  • Delivery Fee may vary upon required area and will apply a charge of a $1 per mile

  • Any Disney delivery Resort Area is a $15 Fee

We do not have a storefront.  All orders are freshly made for delivery or pick up.
